How to distinguish the quality of LED lamps
The vicious competition in the LED market price war and the launch of a large number of substandard products have already violated the true values of LED energy saving, long lifespan, and environmental protection. To distinguish the quality of LED lamps, one should focus on the following aspects:

1. Look at the overall "power factor of the lamp": A low power factor indicates that the driver power supply and circuit design are poor, which will greatly reduce the lifespan of the lamp. Even with good quality lamp beads, a lamp with a low power factor will not have a long lifespan.
2. Look at the "heat dissipation conditions of the lamp - materials and structure": Heat dissipation is also very important for LED lamps. For lamps with the same power factor and lamp beads of the same quality, if the heat dissipation conditions are poor, the lamp beads will work at high temperatures, leading to significant light decay and reduced lamp lifespan.
3. Look at the "quality of the lamp beads": The quality of the lamp beads is determined by the quality of the chips and packaging technology.
4. Look at the driver power supply used in the lamp. The lifespan of the power supply is relatively much shorter than that of other parts of the lamp. The lifespan of the power supply affects the overall lifespan of the lamp. The theoretical lifespan of the lamp beads is 50,000 to 100,000 hours, while the lifespan of the power supply is 2,000 to 30,000 hours. The design and material selection of the power supply will determine its lifespan.
5. Look at the luminous efficacy: For the same power of lamp beads, the higher the luminous efficacy, the higher the brightness. For the same illumination brightness, the lower the power consumption, the more energy-efficient.
6. Look at the power supply efficiency. The higher the power supply efficiency, the better. A higher efficiency indicates that the power supply itself consumes less power and outputs more power.
7. Check if it meets safety standards? China's safety standards for LED lamps have been issued. Please choose LED lamps according to the national safety standards.
8. Check if the workmanship is fine.
A quality LED lamp, in addition to the several main aspects mentioned above, should also have different technical requirements based on different usage environments, such as moisture-proof, dust-proof, magnetic-proof, and lightning-proof.
